I'm hoping my review actually draws attention to the fact that they've neglected to reach out to me regarding the poor delivery service I've received. It's not even technically their fault, and I'm trying to do them a favor. Please, somebody reach out to me!"

Boots ok return policy not good!
"I returned a pair of men's boots and they arrived at your facility 12/12 and still no refund. I had to call and was told yes the boots arrived and refund takes 7-10 days. It has been 14 days and if I had not called there would have been no refund. Sneaky hoping the customer wouldn't check their statement for the refund. I don't like that - no more Toms for me."

Comfortable 1st time wearing
"I have very sore feet after wearing shoes for a short time. . . TOMs always come through for me and these boots were no different! I wore these all day on Christmas and they were so comfortable. Wore them again to the Zoo and my feet were warm and comfy!"
I never received my order
"I never received my order and when calling was told my order didn’t ship because they were out of stock. I was told I would receive a refund. It has been weeks and still no refund and no shoes. I will never purchase from Tom’s again."
