This shoe has no arch
"This shoe has no arch support. I bought it in black and there is an arch support. I wish I got the pink pair with that arch support. Very disappointed. I am a regular customer of TOMS and this is the first time I have been disappointed. Wish I could be sent the pink ones with some arch support/"
Sizes run small
"I ordered my normal recommended size. But they are too small and unfortunately it was not a clearance item but a sale item and I can't return them. So I now have two pair of shoes that I cannot wear. You need to recommend that people order a larger size because your shoes run small."
Tight at first
"These shoes were so tight on my instep I scheduled an exchange for half size up. Then I realized if it was the instep longer wouldn’t help because I still had room in the toes if it stretched. So I wore them one day without walking. Just propped my feet up and watched TV. The next day my foot slid right in. They were stretched while just sitting, and have relaxed some more after wearing them a while. Now they are so comfy I’m glad I didn’t send them back."

"This has to be my favorite purchase so far this year from Tom's. In fact, I wore them today! They just make me smile every time I look at them. They are so cute! The print is so colorful - just like in the photo. I bought my usual size and they fit perfectly and they are so comfortable. I love how they make your feet POP!"

"small fit and insole not at all like a Toms usual and so loved insole. I still wear it inside, it's not that unconfortable and probably will adjust to my feet eventualy. The insole is a disapointment."

So tight
"The embroidered design and patterned interior on these are fabulous. The sole is soft and cushiony. The top across the foot is CRAZY tight, and the back irritates the back of my ankle until it bleeds. . . but in my experience, it takes a couple of weeks for them to stretch and break in. After that, they will fit perfectly. It would be great if there were wider widths available."
