Runs too small

"I really couldn’t wait to get these but could only wear a couple evenings at home. I have to have at least 15 pair of Tom’s and ordered my usual sz 9 but these were seriously tight. They were all sales final so no returns."

Slippers are great, delivery service BAD!

"I got the black and white checkered slippers and they are comfortable and fit perfect. The Purolator courier however was terrible!! For 4 days in a row they said they would deliver the package that day before 10:00pm. There were only vague messages on their website and overall they did not attempt to contact me. I was not impressed and was a bout to cancel my order and email you. I will not be ordering from TOMS again and will get my footwear from another Canadian company."
