"These are my second pair, I have the tan color as well. They are incredibly comfortable and easy to wear with shorts or casual pants. You do have to order a size down for them to fit, which is my only negative. I wear a 12 US men’s but had to get a 11, which fits perfectly. I can wear these all day and my feet feel amazing."
"I opted for UPS pick up. Went especially to UPS store to pick up, and they said "you are one day too late, the package has been returned to the sender". Nobody, not TOM's nor UPS explained, at the previous moment to click "purchase", that there would be a specific timeline for the pickup. Talked to a TOM's customer service representative, she said "please go to the UPS store, and ask them to provide a return tracking number to process your refund". I said "Are you really asking me to personally go back to a UPS store to ask for a tracking number that you should get with a simple click of a button in your own system?" Then she apologized and processed the refund, but I never got the product and I waisted time and energy on a bad experience. I buy things and pick up packages every day of my life. This never happened before, and for sure won't happen again."
