    Not bad. I liked the last two pairs better. The last generation had less padding but was more comfortable and light weight. These might even be a touch smaller?

    New redesign, runs small and tight

    I've purchased a number of Tom's at size 8. In this style they've done a redesign and the 8 was swimming on me. I bought a 7 1/2 but the notable redesign means the shoe is much tighter in places and caused bruising. I tried breaking one pair in for about three weeks to no avail. They remained very uncomfortable. You def want to go a half size down but I won't buy these anymore. Returned the pair I wisely didn't wear. A shame after all these years. Others have mentioned the shoes run large now and they need a smaller size. Make sure you wear around the house and be certain of the fit before going outside.
